As we step into the new year as a community, we are exploring the spiritual discipline of practicing Sabbath. The Sabbath is a day blessed by God and set aside for rest and worship. We as humans are bent and conditioned towards restlessness, so we model the restfulness of Jesus in the practice of Sabbath - which is more than just a day, but instead a posture we liv  e from all week long.
